1.  Who does Forever 21 blame for the sweatshops?  Why?

 contractor and manufactures , they don't now who the contractors are going to hire

2.  What’s wrong with Forever 21′s argument?

they are paying too little payments and Forever's manager said that he does not have sweetshop
